Hi Amy, Beth sent me your website info because I'd been wondering how things were going.Wow Day 229, can't believe you've been gone this long. Seattle is still here. I bought a bike this summer and have really gotten into riding. Too bad I can't deliver carpet samples on my bike ! Take care, Juliet

Hey Niels and Amy,
Still living the good life on the other end of the world? Must say that I had to chukkle a bit when I read your latest posting.
<quote>As we didn't have the luxury of time or any of the aforementioned ...</quote>
It is probably all about perception, but it seems to me that time shouldn't be an issue if you're enjoying a year off.
Good that Kim was not there during 'the snake encounter'. We had one in France this year and I think Kim almost beat the 100m sprint record as well as the jump record. Very hilarious.

hi, Amy and Niels: enjoyed reading your adventures around the Solomon Islands - your descriptions made the area seems even more beautiful...wonderful stories of wildlife--sharks, birds, and crabs.
Hope the earthquake in Indonesia will not affect you; keeping all there in my thoughts and prayers.
thanks for the great updates on your adventures.

Niels and Amy!!
We just caught up on a couple of months of your travel and it sounds like you guys are having way too much fun. The 6 month mark has gone by and its awesome to see the pictures and stories still come in. I'm wondering when I'll get to meet the travelers face to face again :)
